Odeh Group has been established in 2005 and is led by Dr. Ibrahim Odeh as principal consultant.  Dr Odeh brings over a three decades of robust project experience in development, management and engineering for projects worth US$ hundreds of  millions and has directly overseen the development, engineering, management, construction, and commissioning of many of operational commercial and utility scale solar PV projects.

The project was implemented by the Renewable Energy Research Centre at the Royal Scientific Society of Jordan.
